Dear friends,

On 10th of May, we were informed that the winning cartoon from the Chinese Zang Jiu Xue is almost completely copied from a drawing with wich Jitet Koestana won the cartooncontest of Jiaxing in 2004.
We informed the president of the jury and the jury will take a decision in this matter. We'll keep you informed about this issue.
