Jury Committee has selected the 3 Award and the 7 Mention winning cartoons for the 1st International Cartoon Contest entitled
“Cartoon Bridging Cultures”.
  The contest has been initiated by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture,
in which 415 cartoonists, from 62 countries, participated with more than 1.100 cartoon works.
