 كلمة لجنة التحكيم لجوائز مسابقة سورية الدولية الثانية للكاريكاتير ‏2006‏‏‏‏

ها هو ذا موقع الكاريكاتير السوري يسجل خطوة إيجابية إضافية على طريق رحلة الألف ميل، بدعوته المفتوحة لإقامة المسابقة الدولية الثانية لفن الكاريكاتير في سياق" مسابقة سورية الدولية الثانية للكاريكاتير 2006"، وإنجازه العمليات التي تسبق مهام لجنة التحكيم من جمع للرسوم وتصنيف منهجي للمشاركين بجودة وإتقان. وها نحن أولاء في لجنة التحكيم المكلفة برصد وتحديد الرسوم الأكثر تميزاً وانسجاماً مع روحية شروط المسابقة الموضوعة، نلتقي على طاولة البحث والتصنيف الموضوعي لجميع الرسوم التي وصلتنا من ست وأربعين دولة عربية وأجنبية، ومشاركة خمسمئة وسبعة عشر رسامة ورساماً بمختلف أساليبهم التعبيرية والمنضوية تحت محاور المسابقة ( السياسة والكاريكاتير ، المشاركة الحرة) التي عكست واقع الحال السياسي المعيش الذي تواجهه الإنسانية، وأهمية الدور الوظيفي لفن الكاريكاتير التعبوي والتحريضي والعمل على خلق حالة من الاندماج والمكاشفة في قضايا الشعوب والأمم، والانحياز لإنسانية الإنسان في وجه المظالم والحروب الاستباقية وأساليب القهر والعدوان بكل صوره وأشكاله.
والجدير ذكره أن لجنة التحكيم منذ اللحظة الأولى لعملها التزمت التزاماً كاملاً بشروط المسابقة المحددة في إعلان الدعوة، مما دفعنا لاستبعاد عشرات الرسوم المميزة والجيدة لرسامين لهم حضورهم الدولي في واحة فن الكاريكاتير، وذلك لعدم التزامهم بشروط المسابقة الموضوعة من حيث الفكرة والمقاييس والتقنيات المستخدمة والحجم المطلوب. وقد وزعت جوائز المسابقة على ثلاث مراتب ( الأولى – الذهبية) و ( الثانية- الفضية) و ( الثالثة – البرونزية) لكل محور
من محاورها، إضافة إلى جوائز لجنة التحكيم، ولوحات جديرة بالتقدير.

Speech of the arbitration committee

By its open invitation for holding the second national cartoon contest “ SYR 2006 “
, Syria Cartoon website is scoring another positive record , a new step on the 1000 mile way ….
We, as an arbitration committee are carrying on observing and selecting the best cartoons, which suit essence of the contest terms.
We gather as one family around the searching table, looking for all received cartoons from 46 Arabic and global countries through an objective framework of classification.
517 cartoonists by their contribution which reflects the harsh contemporary political situation of humanity these days and shows importance of the functional part of the cartoon art that inspires working and striving to create a state of fusion in discussing just causes of peoples and nations of the world frankly, and to stand by the human being when facing cruelty and colonial domination and all sorts of aggression .
Worth mentioning that the committee , had full obligation of the specified terms of the SYR 2006 contest , the thing that inspired us to exclude lots of cartoons sent by several famous global cartoonists, because of their being not obligated in dealing with our contest terms …
