in Taixing(CHINA).
Graduated from ART EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENTS
OF NANJING TEACHERS' COLLEGE of China.
He is an art teacher, cartoonist and artist of humorous graphics and oil painting.
He is founder and president of FreeCartoonsWeb.
He has won prizes many times in international cartoon contests held in Brazil, Belgium, Kerea, Taiwan(China), etc.
