REGULATIONS
1. CONTEST: open to all cartoonists from the world.
2. Works can be sent by E-mail to: olimpiya_dunyasi@mail.ru  with author's short biography, Name, Address, Telephone, Email & Photo.
3. Works should be 1000 pixel, Jpg format and 100 dpi.
4. Amount of pieces: Each participant will be able to send up to 5 cartoons.
5. The catalogue of the festival will be dedicated to those artists whose works showcased in the exhibition.
6. Announcement of results: November 27, 2006
Prizes:
First prize: 200 US $,
Second prize: 150 US $,
Third Prize: 100 US$
