The regulations
Contest: open to all cartoonists
Themes:
1. SCHOOL, A TEACHER OF LIFE?
2. THE PEACE ROUTE IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM
3. EUROPA MADE IN CHINA
4. FROM THE LANTERN TO THE NUCLEAR AGE
Entries: max. 3 cartoons for each theme. The works must be original and accompanied by the author's entry-form and biography
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
Technique: free

Deadline:12/11/ 2006
Prizes: 1st SuperPrize - 5.000 €
1.500 €uro for each of the four section, of which 1.000 € to the first prize for works realized with traditional techniques, 500 € for the first classified artist for works realized by means of the computer.
The SuperPrize of 5.000 € will be awarded to the artist with the highest score in all the sections.
The works realized by means of the computer are not entitled to the SuperPrize.
Exhibition: 2006/2007
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
Remark: the works will not be returned
